Where I can get my order?
You can receive it at the address you choose (address, work, etc.). Not in post office boxes.

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase one?
Yes. We will calculate the shipping and billing costs according to the delivery address.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Further on we detail the estimated delivery times provided by the transport agency. From David Valls, we put all our effort into the immediate processing of your order, unless the order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, in which case the order will be processed on the first business day after the order was placed.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated during the purchase process, depending on the delivery location you indicate us.

How can I know where my order is?
To know the status of your order, you will receive the agency's "tracking number", please follow their instructions. Otherwise, contact our Customer Service department through any means available to do so, so that we can provide you with your "tracking number".

What is the home delivery process?
We will send you a confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse and the transport agency will proceed with the delivery of the order with the usual procedure.

Returns
The request for the return must be made from the "My Account" panel of this website.
You must access the "order history" of your account.
There, select "details" of the order you wish to return an item from.
Check the box next to the name of the product or products you wish to return. If you do not see the box, please check maximum days allowed from the purchase date.
If you wish, type up the reason why you want to return the product in the following box, so that we know what happened to your purchase.

As soon as we receive your request, we will authorize the return and send you an email with the address where you should send the package, in the same conditions as you received it when you bought it.

We will notify you of any changes in the return process by mail or you can follow up in the "returns" section in "My account" on this website.

What is the deadline to make a return?
For any return, you have a period of fourteen days from the date of order (including shipments).

Do I have to pay something for my return?

Returns for changing size have no cost in Spain.

The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer for those reasons different from the changing of size.

The costs of returns from abroud is always borne by the customer.

How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the interior labels, without damage or marks of use) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount that will be credited to your account (through the same payment method that you used to pay) in a few days. Remember that credit card payments always depend on your banking entity.

What to do if the amount of my return is incorrect?

davidvalls.com reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

SIf the reason for the return is that the returned item does not correspond to what was requested in the order, the DAVID VALLS online store will bear the costs of the return and new shipping, otherwise the cost of the return will be informed at the time of the request in case we have to collect the package by courier.

The client can always make any return at their own risk, in which case the return costs will be FREE, it is the client's obligation and responsibility that the merchandise arrives in perfect condition, in case the merchandise arrives with signs of use or damaged DAVID VALLS will not be responsible for the damages, and must arrive within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, in the event that this is not the case, the return will not be accepted and the client will have to collect it by their own means.

No return will be accepted if it has not been previously authorized by DAVID VALLS and returns that are sent to DAVID VALLS without authorization or freight collect shipments will not be accepted, in these cases we will automatically reject the receipt of the package, to make any return you must previously contact us through the contact form.

Shipments abroad

For shipments within the European Community, customs and taxes are included in the price of the product.

In Countries outside the European Community all shipments may be subject to import charges (customs, customs taxes, and value added taxes) set by country or location. They depend on the country of origin or the country of manufacture of the purchased merchandise and of the classification of said merchandise, and they are collected once the package reaches your location.

DAVID VALLS regrets not being able to know in advance the customs or tax expenses in your country, so in the event that you incurred such additional expenses, the administration of your country would let you know and you would have to pay them. Although generally in the online purchase of individuals, there are usually no VAT customs surcharges or other taxes.

For more information on customs policies, contact your local customs office. We use the weight of the package and the shipping restrictions of the products to award the order to a transport company. We cannot request a specific company.
